Fall is just around the corner, so I thought it would be appropriate to learn how to make your own hot chocolate mix. I found this one on Life’s Little Sweets. She had a video and all of the ingredients, so perfect for those cooks who need visuals and step-by-step instructions.

Ingredients
*I cup of powdered sugar
*1 cup powdered milk (instant dry milk)
*1/2 cup unsweetened Dutch-process cocoa powder
*50 grams bittersweet dark chocolate (4 pieces of Lindt chocolate)
*1/8 (pinch) teaspoon Kosher salt
*1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
