This recipe is adapted from Joan Nathan’s recipe in “The New American Cooking” (Alfred Knopf).
Note: This is more advanced than normal for life skills cooking, but the only difference from what I usually post is these are actually more in-depth step-by-step instructions. You probably cannot get it wrong, even if you tried. My son still loves the microwave and the occasional asking if I can help him cook more advanced microwaving techniques. When I showed him this recipe, he just freaked out, LOL! So, for those of us who have special needs family, friends, or anyone for that matter that likes visuals of what they are cooking, this is a fantastic recipe to try.
