I am so glad that I came across these recipes on YouTube and they are easy, but depending on your budget may also be a bit pricey. Feel free to substitute whatever you have on hand and have fun experimenting as well. Although my youngest, who has autism is still afraid of touching the stove, he knows how to feed himself with easy to make, warm up type food, sometimes that I have made personally or that we purchase at a nearby grocery store. Mother’s Day is this coming Sunday!
Enjoy every moment of being spoiled by your kids/husband/friends or whomever is closest to you. Enjoy these Mother’s Day brunch ideas.
