I found this easy visual recipe on Pinterest. I needed to find easy recipes that my autistic son and I could do together for the summer, on a weekend, or even during the weekdays on a busy school night full of activities. It is hard to find healthier recipes that are easy to follow but the older my son gets the more interested in cooking he becomes, so I will start with more finger food type recipes because it is straightforward without too many steps and these visual pictures are awesome. Let me know if you tried it in the comments with your son, daughter, loved one etcetera. This is definitely a work in progress and I am sure that for the next two summer months before school starts back up again in the fall of 2022/23, we will have more recipes under our belt. Enjoy!
