Hello Everyone,
This is a really simple holiday or anytime recipe and most households have this on hand, unless you follow a vegan diet. Thankfully I was able to find this recipe on YouTube and you can peruse it down below. This way you are able to see it done step by step, pause it and then continue with your special needs student/son/daughter. I have also taken the time to show visuals of what the ingredients may look like, depending on what you decide to swap out for this recipe. It all depends on your household and what you like.

1 lb. sausage (I used Jimmy Dean regular breakfast sausage)
10 oz. shredded cheddar cheese (about 2 cups shredded)
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
Mix well.
Form into small balls.
Bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes.
